Make two fist and work the part between your first and second knuckle up and down the side of her calves. Check on your pressure.

There was also a lesson on reflexology. Moving down the outside of the foot top to bottom is one part of the intestine and swiping cross the foot just under the front foot pad is a different part.

Sorry I can't explain them any better I was mostly just focused on memorizing the motions I needed to know. Mrs. J was keeping count of my mistakes and I got swats from her crop afterwards.
