Mascara Snake

Is there a way to be verified female that is on the site? I haven’t seen it if it is here. If anyone knows of a way to do that please post a link here.

My experience is that the internet at large is like hanging out in a back alley. You encounter the whole range of human behavior. I don't get upset about flakey or even false behavior. If an individual becomes too difficult to deal with, you can always block, or just ignore them.

I never had a bad experience with MS, and we interacted quite a bit from time to time. If this person was posting other people's photos as their own, then that is bad on them. But, I am not offended by it, that would be up to the owner of said photos.

I have been on the internet since the mid-80s, so I have seen a lot of stuff in over 30 years. Some of it even led me here. I view that as a positive thing.

 

i have been off site for some time..and am saddened and shocked by this.
Shocked...but in these internet days..i suppose not unduly surprised as anything can happen.
Saddened...as i was a supporter of M^M and had many a good conversation ..and banter with her/him. Its sad that they had to steal an identity as i did love the sarcasm and exchanges and i would probably have continued conversing even if they'd been honest about who they were!

i dont suppose the person who had their pictures used wants to join her do they... they so have lovely legs! ;-)

I believe after Miss Lucy's discovery it doesn't matter whether it is a male or female. Only Someone dishonest to the bone can steel credit, copyright and deceive people for all this time. Thank You Miss Lucy for Your diligence and making CM a safer place.

 

Good wording.

No place is totally safe. So we should always be aware that there are scammers, thieves, liars etc out there. We have to realize there’s risks and decide which ones we’ll accept.

That said, it is nice to know that there are people who are working to expose the liars, cheats, thieves etc.

 

...next someone will claim that corsetjane is a bloke, oh, wait a minute... never mind...

@Ring45 I'm sure there are many men here who spent time, money and effort on building a relationship with 'her', only to find themselves on the receiving end of a dupestick.

 

Thank you for your hard work Lucy! When your searching for a keyholder you want to believe that person is at least close to whom they claim.....Soo much so you can easily be missled! Thank you!

I've reread all that time just don't understand why to keep that up for all then years.

Was he/she a liar? Sure but i dont get why so many regret so much interacting with that person, if you had fun or enjoyed with him/her it is all it counts

 

The point is they protrade them self as a woman, basically they was tolling taking the p*ss what else were they doing with photos and chat.

Was talk off meeting in Scotland what would had happened then!

To Troll website possibly other sites for Ten years got lot time on their hands but what was the point other then Troll!

 

Well, it is the magic of internet, no one is who they claim starting from yourself, i could not care less who it is your real account but i hope you see the hypocrite on the matter, a hidding person blaming another from doing the same, ironic at least. Do you consider that trolling also? Or because it is yourself is only a lie?

I understand that for you it is personal, as it should be but thanks to Snake you had improved the forum, you took the best you could from a bad experience

He is doing the same thing he is critic with, it is not at the same level but it is also hidding nevertheless, no one does that kind of things 2 years later full of rage and hate because he was bored and remenbered by luck the betrayal he suffered, something had to happened recently to take the effort to search the thread, create a new account and post that

 

I was taken in by the snake. However we had some enjoyable chats which from my point of view could have been with anyone.
Am I bothered about or regret that time ....not really but I'd trust a thief over a liar anytime and the person Mascara's Snake was living lie and involving other for what ever reason without their consent.

Subsequent to the discovery and dismissal of MS our own L-u-c-y put in a lot of time and effort into making improvements to the site and some of those steps led to us having a very much greater likelihood that when we are talking to someone that says they are female we are actually talking to a female IF that person has undertaken the process of being verified as a female.

So the snake came lied repeatedly and is gone and we have a much improved site.
Why has this incident from the past been dragged up? I can't imagine
On the plus side it informs those that did not know and reminds those of us that do just how much effort and time L-u-c-y with some assistance I believe put in on everyone's behalf.

Now that is something worth taking about.

A bit of perspective on the 'no harm done' attitude. My partner was one of MS's subs. He pretty much gave up on being intimate with me because he got besotted by MS and the likes (HollyC was another one). As a result, we're working hard to rebuild our relationship. And yes, I blame both MS and HollyC for this, along with him - his gullibility played into the hand of their selfish need for spice in their otherwise drab lives.
