Lower backpain

    Is anyone here also experiencing lowerback pain when aroused but not released? I notive it when I am having 'blueballs' but also when wearing the cage. When I get more aroused it tends to worsen.

    Any tips/tricks?

    Yes I have, I’m actually glad I’m not alone. I just take it as par for the course. Part of the experience!

    I have similar things more than once .. but also during ballbusting games .. I read somewhere that maybe it has something to do with kidneys but I could have made a mistake ..

    Me too. However,I don't get an election any more and was wondering if it might have been a problem urinating while wearing a cage, but I do t feel as if I do.
