I recently seen a love sense item, The Edge, wow it looks good. It's for prostate massage, and allows the partner to control all the settings via a smart device.
It now got a second edition The Edge 2.

 

I own a hush, it works great as an internal bass unit for your music
I can't comment on long distance control though

 

We also have a hush. It is great. The vibrations are really intense. My KH also plays with it remotely. Wearing the plug and not knowing when that thing will vibrate is definitely a good mindfuck. She has let me wear the hush at work and once during a BBQ with colleagues. Only downside is that the plug is a bit noisy. But that is the extra mindfuck and my KH likes it. So it is what you see as a disadvantage. The only thing that is annoying is that sometimes the bluetooth connection is lost. And then you both don't know that. But so far we are having a lot of fun with the Hush.

 

We have both a Hush and a Lush. We have played remotely with them several times. My Wife likes to use the Lush when She is pegging me and to make me wear the Hush around the house. When I am outside doing yard work or in my shop, She will simply "buzz" me whenever She wants me.....

 

Have used the long distance on the Hush, it works exactly as you'd expect. Found the most use though when we were in the same room and she could gauge my reactions when she suddenly started it up from her phone. Otherwise, it's a comfortable plug just to wear, cleans easily. I got the larger size and have not been disappointed. I have linked it to my spotify as well and found I like that best when I turn up the sensitivity.

Certainly adds a new dimension.

 

The long distance control works great.

Lady Tess and goddess used it while out with friends and I was at home. After the kids were in bed they let me edge while caged with the hush raging on.

I edged for a full hour.

 

I have the Edge and Hush (both sizes) as well. They do generally work well, but i've had connectivity problems, as well.

If/ when that is fixed or i figure out how to keep them connected, these will be the perfect toys.

@Bound4life The app does not need to be open. Just set the alarm and then you can close the phone. But the Hush must be connected to your phone. So the plug must be switched on and the phone nearby. But the alarm will just go off the way it is set.

 

To much technology

 

I have several of the Lovense toys and I really enjoy them.

I've used the "Lush" both on my wife and wrapped around my cage, it's quite stimulating and frustrating. The "Hush" as well, and both of them at the same time is mind blowing.

I recently picked up the Diamo (cock ring one) and Mission ... the Diamo is kind of annoying to use while wearing a cage, but it isn't bad. The Mission is awesome because it's got a fucking 8 hour battery. I've gone about 6 hours of continuous use at least three times with it and it still had juice left at the end.

In many of these cases my wife is controlling via the long distance from the other room. Having your phone plugged in is a good way to keep the battery going, an active bluetooth signal tends to eat battery fast.

For anyone having connection issues, there's one thing we found that works well to help with that. in the "toy management" screen, under "Edit" there are two options that are good to set this way:

- "Stop vibrating when there is an accidental bluetooth disconnection" -- set this to "no"
- "Toy will go back to last level when it reconnects" - set this to "yes"

These keep the toy if bluetooth is interrupted. I've found that most of the interruptions are pretty short, so the toy reconnects and you don't notice and jumps right back to where its supposed to be.

Like I said, I've been tied up and subject to these things for up to 6 hours before, and they've been fine.


PS - my wife really likes to send me various "patterns" during these times so she only has to look at the app every 10-60 minutes or whatever (not constantly). Those patterns are quite fun!

 

Keeping in mind I've used it while tied up and lying on my back. It's been with my caged penis through the hole and the vibrating part resting against my balls. Definitely awkward, fell off if I recall after it got slick from well, you know.

I think we also tried it oriented the other way, so the "base" of the big vibrating "V" part was kind of against the top of the cage. That IIRC worked better, but was still not that great.

We haven't tried it without the cage on, or by putting it around by balls in any way yet.

 

@Bound4life I also have an Iphone. When I set the alarm, I can just turn off the screen. At the time of the alarm, the Hush vibrates and I get a push notification. Only when I open the phone can I turn off the alarm. In setting (in the app) there is an option to 'Keep screen awake'. That toggle is turned on for me. You may also be able to check the Iphone setting. Go to settings and then to the Lovense app and go to 'notification'. Everything is on, including sounds and badges. That may help. Good luck!

 

Have been thinking about getting one of these for a while now, but the reviews about the connectivity keep putting me off.,

 

I haven't used the long distance features. ...but for local control, I haven't had many connectivity issues with my hush, ...as long as I keep my phone close. You may want to carry it in a pocket or purse. The phone I use for the purpose is an old Samsung Galaxy S9.

 

what would you class as local control? Thanks for your reply.

 

To clarify my own terminology

Local = just my phone and the hush
Remote = from the hush, through the phone then over the internet to another device

The internet part, I'm guessing, isn't the most stable for a lot of people.
