    hi Folks

    Just a quick note to say what fantastic customer service we have had from Ms Lori. We ordered a 1a from her earlier on this year. It was a fantastically made piece of art. We have since then have had two modifications done. Both have exceeded our expectations in the time to turn around and the quality of the workmanship. The 1a really works and fits so well

    I had to chuckle reading this post

    I remember when she had awful customer service.
    I also remember seeing it improve.

    So I’m glad to see you got excellent service.
    Hopefully this is the new norm and they’ve figured out how to provide great service as I like seeing when companies address problems and become go from slow and problematic to a point where customers are raving.

    Yes, it is great to hear it has improved! I have had 3 Lori devices over the years and haven’t a good word to say about service or quality.

    I could understand biting the bullet and ordering more if the service were poor but the quality of the devices was good. Why would you buy more if you didn't even like that?

    They were ordered over the course of several years. Also very different styles, two different piercings. At the time there were no other options similar. My last was the #5 before going to steelwerks. I wanted to love it but the way the pin is it kept cutting me because it had too much space to move. May work for some but my pin needs to be fixed. They did nothing to help.

    thats the beauty of the free market. its adapt or die. it sounds like lori has gotten their CS on track
    I was a bit leery of shelling out hundreds of dollars for my 2A. but am VERY glad i did.
    im lucky enough to have the new anti pullout ring on mine so i dont need a piercing but still can benefit from having 100% secure chastity. before i was pulling out the back of my chinese jail bird cage WAY too often. now.... i cant. i prefer it this way.

    I'm sorry to hear this! What I have done to prevent pin movement is to tap the pin itself. If you get it in the mail to Lori I'll get it fixed for you.

    Lori does a fantastic job at modifications after we get a few days wearing the cage. my 2A went back for a tweak, and came back perfect.
