I have been very dismayed that the Lori hasn't worked for Charlotte. As far as her customer service it has been first rate. She has modified my Lori (second one) three times already. I am sending it in for a fourth and I believe last time. I have not been charged for any of the modifications. I understand others have had entirely different experiences, but this has been mine so far. I will let you know if we get it to fit properly. Happy weekend everyone! O2cum
I do agree O2cum, she is great for the best part. Unfortunately she can't modify my pet's foreskin! The quality of the items is amazing, they really are works of art, and we were not charged for our modifications either. Once the original 90+ day wait was over, the modifications were done super fast. If you are circumsized and you can measure perfectly, then these are beautiful devices. :heart:

There are a few pictures on Ms. Lori's site with the tubes being worn. My avatar is a 2d being worn. Current tubes are much lighter then the past generation. As with many devices, measuring and settling on a size is tricky if your a grower.
