Lori for non PA and anti pullout?

i have a lori 2A and can wear it 24/7.
i will be upfront and mention it took a while for my body to acclimate to it as well as opening up the base ring a bit before i found perfection. i believe most of the improvements were my body learning this is the new norm when sleeping. if you can wear it comfortably during the day, you should be able to tough it out at night over the course of a week or two and then it wont bother you. everyone is different but that was my experience.

 

I have the anti pullout ring on the head of my penis. and no spikes i cant imagine spikes would be viable for long term wear

 

Normally, the device comes as standard with two dull spikes on top of base ring and two dull spikes on bottom of tube to prevent pullout.

 

im no expert on the Lori product line, but the anti pullout ring on the head of the penis negates the need for these spikes or nubs.

 

lucckyhubby83's reply explains it very well. That's why I want a clamshell cage design. It seems like a lot of difficult fiddling around if you need to detach the retainer ring from the cage in order to get in and out. I have enough trouble just getting into a well-fit cage in the first place, and need to use the stocking method to do it. Adding the retaining ring with post to the penis before squeezing into the cage seems to add difficulty that I don't want to deal with, if it can be avoided. I think a clamshell style cage can avoid it.

 

after some practice, i can get it on in 2-3 minutes now.
its a pain but for the benefits it provides security wise... well worth it

 

I've read the entire thread, and I am 99% on ordering, but the idea of turtling was never addressed. I'm an extreme grower, and I turtle most of the day. I'm sure, by design, I won't inadvertently slip out throughout the day, but has anyone had any issues with extreme tugging or anything if seated in a way in which you may typically retract into your body?

This is quite exciting. I bought rubber ring in hardware store, and attached it to my holy trainer. Holy cow... I couldn't pull out. The pain prevented me from pulling it out and I was quite comfortable wearing it for 3 x 12 hrs. The downside is that now I got red spots right under the glans that need to heal. Not sure if it was because of the ring being rubber or being too tight. Hope to experiment more later.

 

You are going to like this... my wedding ring is almost the same size as the ring I was using as retainer ring!!!

 

Well I pushed the button and ordered....now long three months of waiting ahead. I followed the advice from forum and also went with the rubber rings for testing, then discussed with Lori which one to use. I am really curious if this will work

I am really nervous about the device, the good thing is, I will be on a business trip for a while so the wait time feels shorter . Lori promised to inform me once it is ready for shipment so you don't accidentally send it out while I cant receive it.......still, cant wait

 

How many people here are using a Lori with the anti pullout ring? We are in the market for a device and are trying to decide what device to purchase. I would like the security of a piercing but if I can avoid getting pierced and still get the security I would be thrilled.

The hinged ring is vertical normally and sits behind the rim of the glans. When the penis is pulled back the resistance from the glans trying to pull out causes the ring to pivot and become more horizontal causing more clamping force.

Because any non-pierced device relies on friction to activate it and hold the penis in place, lubricating the penis will render the device inactive. However as stated by others, you will probably have a difficult (or impossible) time getting the penis back in.

 

Does the pivot not cause rubbing on the underside?

 

It would only do so if it was too tight. There are roughly 100 or so that have been sold, and the issue you described has only come up once and was resolved by increasing the ring diamiter by 1/16th inch.

Can't wait for mine to arrive, I am really curious if/how it will work, never had a "ball trap" device that was secure, but after long emails back and forth I just hope the measurements are correct . Should be one of the next devices to leave your skilled hands I hope if the 90 days still are a rough estimate.

 

Mine should be completed any day now, as well, but I know they had several orders come in around April and May, so they may be delayed somewhat. We'll see. I can be patient, but the anticipation is getting to me a little. I'm not that submissive, so I'm anxious to discover how secure it is. I tend to test.

 

I think this is an oversimplification, not necessarily true. Lubrication doesn’t doesn’t make something 100% frictionless, and even the slightest amount of pressure on the retaining ring makes it pivot and clamp down. I don’t think you can claim it won’t work without trying and proving it.

 

I have a lori 2a and have tried lubrication and it didn't let go. It still clamped down and locked my penis down. My Lori 2a is totally escape proof.

 

same for me when locked in a 2A is impossible to pull-out, i tried for 3 days at the beginning and then i gave up, if it's correctly measured there is no way to escape believe me
