@lokdnsteel - Is that great heart charm how Lori sends the key or is that a custom piece?

That’s how she sends it if you order one separately for $100 (got it for my wife). You’ll otherwise receive the standard key system which resembles a screw bit thingy

Awesome! Love the lug on the top. I may have to copy that idea! Congrats on getting it adjusted and good to go!

Thank you! That’s ok, I copied it from a few other Lori devices I’ve seen previously. A must have in my opinion :)

I just ordered mine this week too! I also have a 4 month turn around time. I ran into the same issue with the base ring. I have always worn a 1.77(45mm) ring. And my measurements were always bigger. (2" to 2 1/4")

Im wondering if Ive been wearing too small of a ring this whole time. Lori reassured me that her measurements are correct and normally dont have any issues. The cages I also normally wear arent all the way round. They are more oval so it makes me wonder if that has anything to do with it. The HTv2 and a knock off metal is what ive worn that have a 45MM ring. But when I measure those rings they are alittle off. They arent exactly 45mm. I just hope the base ring is the right size... Im double guessing about every measurement really... Well see what happens.

Exactly! We'll see what happens! She told me " If a 1-9/16" ring works for you now I would suggest you stay with that". Looks like we should be getting our 2a's around the same time.

She told me to go off the measurements that I am getting. She did tell me she would replace it one time for free just pay for shipping. Hopefully no need though. And yes, sounds like we getting it the same time.

Does anyone wear any lube with their lori cage? I currently put some coconut oil around the base ring, and inbetween the bars for any moving at all. I normally do that once in the morning, once in the middle of the day depending on how active i am or if not that active, just once at night. Or right after I shower. That seems to work ok

I used my Jailbird as the guide for sizing. Since the measurements I took were a lot different. And it's worked out great so far. If it was a great fit before, it will fit great with the Lori cage. As for 4 month, be prepared to wait a little longer. Mine was a little longer than 4 months.

As for lube, I use "Body Glide" it's an anti chaffing stick for runners. Generally I apply around the base ring and around the base of the cage in the morning and before bed. Odd times I need another application. But that's the best one I've found so far that doesn't smell, nor stain.

How far off were your measurements on the base ring compared to your jailbird's size? The only difference for me vs the cage I have now, is a little smaller diameter and just alittle shorter. I got Lori cage a little smaller to help with turtleing which I get really bad. I dont want to turtle with the retainer ring. Ive read a lot of people have issues with that and a lot of pain and discomfort... because your penis is trying to draw back, and the ring is preventing it. I just worry about the base ring. I will test the 2" one out, and then if its too big I will just have her send me another one smaller. They are all universal for the 2A i believe so you can just swap out.

As for the 4 months. Yah she told me it might not be right at 4 months maybe alittle longer. I told her dont rush, I rather have it perfect and wait another month then be rushed and something is messed up on it.

I used my exact sizing from my jailbird. The retainer ring, I took about 6 measurements over 2 weeks to make sure I got a more accurate size. For the testie ring, it seems a little snuggle than my JB, but it was also an oval ring, where I went round with the Lori. I've had no issues with the retainer ring with turtling much. It does pinch a little bit here and there. A quick readjust and I'm good to go. As for universal rings, I'm not sure on that. I know mine fits only one way. The hole is slightly drilled off center. I'm not sure if that's just mine, or something she does with all of them.

Glad she forewarned you about the time. I was a little taken back by the delays. But in the end, I took your attitude, don't rush something that needs to fit perfectly

Did you measure your testicles based on Lori guide for her cage? Was your measurements that you were getting for your base ring the same size as the jailbird? Just curious if it was the same. Also, is Lori base rings an exact circle. Or are they oval a little?

I was about 3/8" bigger by measure than my JB ring. But I feel it's hard to know as what does the oval convert to as a circle. The lori base ring is an exact circle.

Gotcha. I was about a 1/4 inch bigger. So, like I said, I went with her measurements.. hoping that for all these years, I was just wearing too small of a base ring.

I have also always worn oval rings. How does the round wear compared to the oval? Which do you like better. Is the round just as secure? I feel like the anatomy of a guy is more oval then round. But it is what it is.

the solution to that is using thick curb chain and putting the padlock at the small of your lower back so you can reach the lock to cut it or pick the lock. As long as the chain is secured to the cage/device so that it can’t be slid to one side or the other, the lock will STAY at the middle of your back.

I like that idea, but it don't think it would quite solve the problem cited by Doczilla421 – it might prevent you from picking the lock, but I think you could still manage to cut the shackle with bolt cutters. Maybe taking your idea and adding some sort of protection to the shackle, like Neosteel does with their belts?

Getting the strength or leverage to use bolt cutters on the padlock if it’s centered in your lower back would be extremely difficult

In fact it would be far easier to use bolt cutters on the cage itself.

this is why I’m making a cage and waist chain system that will all be covered by a BehindBarz chastity belt.

We can disagree on that. It wouldn't be easy, but I think it's extremely possible unless the shackle is protected in some way more than just being in the middle of your back.
We'll have to disagree on how difficult it would be to cut the shackle of a padlock behind your back. Regardless of that, it would be easy to cut the chain and more logical to do that than try to cut the cage.

So I understand how covering a waist chain system with a BehindBarz belt might be needed to provide security. But why even bother with the chain in that case? The BehindBarz belt does everything the chain does, and more.

Well the waist band from behindvarz is actually quite thin. Curb chain can be ordered very thick, and steel braided cables do not cut like either a steel band or chain, so adding a cable to everything would help as well.

That's interesting. I had assumed that the BehindBarz steel belt would be harder to cut than a chain or cable. Live and learn.

Honestly I was a bit bummed how thin behindbarz waistband was. It could be greatly enhanced by curb chain or braided steel cables.

Although for most people, it probably doesn't matter. Virtually anything can be cut if it really needs to be. Security doesn't require indestructibility, but only the inability to escape without detection. And cutting the belt would surely be detectable.

    Hi,
I have just ordered a 16# with retainer ring. Has anyone else ordered this model. I was wondering if there is any feedback on comfort and git?

I like the style, and Ms Lori advised that it should work for pepole with forskins which is an issue with many devices.

I like the design, I just hope it is comfortable enough for long term wear.
