    Hello! I dropped into this world about a week ago, and thanks to my husband's astonishing aptitude and enthusiasm, things are moving very quickly. I planned to ease him into his cage gradually, with maybe a few hours a day, but we're already on our second day of 24-hour wear. So proud!

    The newness of it all is a bit overwhelming for me. I love the changes I'm already seeing in myself and in my husband (sub-sand? is that a thing?) but it's a lot to process sometimes. I would love to dialogue with more experienced dommes to learn about how I can find the best and most authentic expression of my dominance, and to learn some tips and tricks I can use to surprise my loving sub and keep him on his toes.

    You might want to check out the podcast: link friendly by mistress Alisa. Her focus is on helping men addicted to prom, sex, and masturbation. Season 1 is for men, season 2 for women, season 3 for couples. She’s got a lot of good information and believes chastity is essential

    A couple thoughts from my experience with Alisa's podcasts. When I first encountered them, I was like "damn yeah", preach it! So many things resonated with me. I shared them with my wife and she was very much turned off. Until I walked her through what Alisa was saying, and then it clicked.

    She still doesn't like Alisa's style, but there was a time where my wife and I were figuring each other out that Alisa really helped articulate a man's point of view. And for me, really helped me understand my role in making "selfish sex".

    Alisa is chastity-positive. Well, that's too light, she firmly believes in locking men up. Because she is a paid phone sex 'therapist', the range of her clients is broad and into some scenarios that are far beyond the relatively vanilla life my wife and I live. So take that with a grain of salt. She's often referring to gold digging women and sex obsessed very selfish men. That didn't resonate with my wife at all.

    She has a good episode, for example, on giving men what they need, not what they want. This idea could be helpful for you to shape what YOU want this journey to be. Men often want the kink, but need the emotional connection with themselves and you. You MUST make sure this journey meets your core and you have congruence between mind and body of what you are doing this for.

    She has another one on using teasing to create connection with emotions. I loved that one, and felt it is spot on. Tie him down, tease him to the point where he can barely stand it, and use that energy and frustration to build a deeper connection. Same as many BDSM scenes, the overwhelming physical feelings can connect with deeper repressed emotions. Powerful stuff.
