DO NOT ORDER from LockTheCock.com. I ordered a silicone cb-6000. It took a month to come from China, but when it arrived it was cheap, rough plastic. I sent an email to support that they sent the wrong one, got nothing.

So I tried it out and it broke at the cock ring connection within 1 day or normal use. I sent another email explaining a) wrong one and b) it broke. They said to order another one, no warranty. I sent another email saying, basically, you sent me the wrong one which broke immediately and you are not interested in making it right?

They said they would "look into it." After hearing nothing for days, I emailed again. They said they were sending me a new one! Great.

A few weeks later I get a package from China. What did I get? The cheap, plastic cock ring piece that broke. So I still NEVER got what I ordered. This company is lame.

You might have a issue upfront with the cage spacing and maybe a nasty pinch point where the cage attaches to the base ring but overall looks pretty good. purchased a cage from LTC and regretted it. LTC just drop ships from China so you get Chinese quality and Chinese customer service.They claimed 2 day shipping and it took 3 weeks to arrive.
After a couple weeks and multiple ignored requests for information, I filed a complaint with Paypal - Finally a response that "this is normal and be patient". After two weeks I got fed up waiting and ordered a cage from Amazon and it arrived two days earlier that Amazon originally projected. A couple of days after I had the cage from amazon, the LTC cage finally arrived. If you can find what you need on Amazon I would go that way. If you go with LTC be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait.

 

I've ordered from them before. Wouldn't recommend their cheap products to anyone.

I AGREE! Lockthecock.com is a complete scam site. They sent me a broken "High quality" padlock costing 11 bucks (the kind you'd see on a little girls diary. very cheap), and the remainder of my orders (placed April 12th paying extra for 'expedited shipping') are according to them "still in transit". I receive the same auto response for refund demands: "this is normal, please give us at least two more weeks to expedite [sic] your shipment".

Their posted phone number is non-working.

Never use Lock the Cock or "LTC". Bad people.

 

I ordered from LTC had great customer service and got my device in a week fit great I would use them again
