    I'm big into cbt and especially ball crushing, and would love to find a chastity device that combines chastity with ball crushing. Does anyone know if such a device, and would it be safe to wear with my balls crushed full time.

    I believe and clamp or pin that restricts blood flow is recommended only to be worn for an hour at most to prevent permanent tissue injury. Be careful!

    I will. As hot as the fantasy of castration is I don't want to cause any permenant damage to my balls.
