    Depends on when. I am im London 4 times a year on business. If it coincided with a business trip then yes, but wouldn't be locked.(Airport security)

    You need to get a holy trainer jon. Much better for prolonged wear and no issues even in body scanners :)

    I used a HT clone for a while but there was no way I could make it comfortable. Is there a meaningful difference between the clones and the original?

    I really dislike London so I would not want to go to or attend anything there.
    And why London? somewhere more central to the whole country would make more sense
    Doncaster would be probably the most central for mainland UK and its major rail hub as well.

    Miss A used an HTv2 original for several years, and it was very comfortable. About 6 months ago she bought an HTv3 copy, and it is very nearly as comfortable.

    The only perceivable difference is that some of the edges are a little rougher or sharper.

    Only thing is, Miss Amanda, is that my metal device is a custom measured Lancelot (Chain mail type). Made by Madam Dura who I believe are now sadly out of business (can anyone confirm). It is totally secure - I could not get out of it if I tried - which I don't, very comfortable, and my KH/Goddess loves it. It wasn't cheap, but so so worth it.
    We started with Plastic (CB300), but doubt we would ever go back.

    I completely agree that London does get more than it's fair share of events (and I am a displaced Londoner). But would you not say that your idea was somewhat 'Yorkshire-centric"?! :D
    Middle of the country is Birmingham surely, which also has excellent rail, road and air links.

    Last time I was in one I thought I was only getting a half pint the prices were that cheap. Still took 20 mins to get served and it about of beer I actually got I left half of it was that bad.
