    I bought the NOKE remote padlock
    I could not set it up here for access to be controlled from the USA despite assurances from NOKE prior to the purchase. Subsequent requests for further assistance have gone unanswered. Based on my personal experience do not go with NOKE for trans-atlantic use.

    Er ... No we could not get it to work across the pond. To do so would require posting it there and back, possible more than once .... the postage would not be inconsiderable given the weight and we would have to pay import tax both ways.

    Plus my partner lives with her parents and would have to explain the arrival of the package.

    The idea was to secure the key in a piece of pipe using the Noke and only being able to access the key with permission.

    For now we use trust and the freezer.
