No, it is not a myth. For my husband, it has been happening after about 10-14 days without an ejaculation or emission.

While we all produce pre-ejaculate, the amounts we produce are not all the same. So, pretty much, if you don't or haven't experienced leaking out of chastity, most likely you won't in chastity. There are supplements that you can take that purport to increase production in the Cowper's gland (pygeum, zinc, vitamin e, lecithin and others) but your mileage will vary.

Personally, I have tried supplements to attempt to increase my production. While successful in increasing production, it was not enough to experience spontaneous leaking. What I experienced was greater volume produced while being stimulated anally. While being stimulated anally, I was able to leak greater volumes using the supplements than I do without them.

I am quite envious of those that can leak by simply being aroused. I find it extremely erotic to have a physical manifestation of your arousal for your key holder and for torment of the predicament of chastity.
