I’m looking at knock off cb cages on eBay, just to try for sizing and comfort so I can find out what works best, would the knock offs be the same general size as the actual expensive cb cages?
In my experience with the knockoff cages, the measurements can be off even what was advertised. I ordered a replacement base ring for 50mm and it actually measures at 52mm (they don’t offer a 52mm option). So with that said I would still buy the knock off. Just do some of your own measuring to double check what you received vs what you might get from the real thing. And adjust your future order accordingly.
