This is probably not what you guys wanted but I recently bought a kneeling chair and started using it in the office. It helps to ensure you don’t slouch, improve your core and overall posture. Most of all I feel that the position is great in the office when I’m caged because my cage would be facing outward and the kneeling position makes things more comfortable and impedes me less when I’m working. It’s in a nice little position where you have a bit more room where your cage is (sometimes it’s a bit bulkier down there than when not wearing one if you get what I mean) It’s hard to explain but I thought it could be helpful for anyone who is caged for long periods in the office who might like something that’s also good for health and posture. here’s a link of an example if anyone’s interested. https://www.manks.com/en/varier-variable-balans-kneeling-chair-in-black.html
