    So ever since I have added a plain old cock ring to my base ring, I haven't had any chafing issues. Basically you are ever so slightly increasing the surface area around the balls. Also I haven't had any pullouts because it keeps more tension on them.

    I'm sure it would be more effective if the rings were welded but I'm having good results as is.

    Nope. No pinching like I thought would happen. I still like the clean shaven feel tho.
