Jewish Keyholder

I'm not really sure of the relevance. I don't think I'd care what religion, race etc they were if they captured my desire to serve.

First time I've ever heard of this term. Does anyone have any insight as to why a JAP would be particularly adept at control?

 

Both my Wife and I are Jewish and it is very important to us.

I personally find the term JAP offensive but I understand others feel differently

I was just saying I have heard the term it’s been years. I ment no offense in knowing the term. And it doesn’t matter what religion we are or are not we are all the same. People

 

Are there studies that show that there are more Jewish female keyholders? Or is this an assumed thing based on a preconceived notion?

The notion being that women who grow up in a household where the wife/mother exerts more control over her husband and gets her way the vast majority of time. Of daughters who are given the attention and material gifts they ask for whenever asked because the father doesn’t want to disappoint his little girl. One would assume these type of women would be more apt to a dominant role in the bedroom. The preconception being they must be Jewish.

No worries I could tell from your post that you didn't mean to he offensive and I wasn't offended.

Perhaps a bettetr way of stating it is that in my experience the term JAP has often been used in a manner that is not respectful toward Women, which I am sure is the exact opposite of how you and Your wife use it.

My wife is Jewish. I think the OP has a point.

In Judaism there is a tradition/law called shomer negiah. When a woman is ceremonially "unclean" her husband is not to touch her in any sexual way. Further, he is required to keep his hands off of his penis. This time period is about two weeks. https://www.myjewishlearning.com/article/shomer-negiah/

This practice can be supported by locking the husband in chastity.

The intended outcome (I believe) of the shomer negiah was to promote the act of procreation. Think about it, when husbands were denied sex with their wives for two weeks, they tended to be pretty horny. Thus, more desire to procreate.

Finally, I ask that if anyone wants to hijack this thread to bust on religion, please start another one. The OP was asking about Jewish keyholders.

 

Several years ago when I first began practicing chastity I told my doctor during my annual checkup about it so he would know. He is a "modern orthodox' Jew and he brought up shomer negiah as a comparable practoce that can maintain sexual attraction between a married couple

 

I think when you start using labels for people when it involves religion or region, I think you should be careful. One persons complement is another persons insult.

 

Dare I say, and do so with the utmost reverence to our creator, that "male chastity" is perhaps the one kink that God would approve of?

If the true desire is to enhance one's love and devotion to his wife, isn't that a good thing?

Haha, just saw this thread and I love it. Despite being technically a separate country, we definitely have JAPs in Canada and I am lucky to be married to one who fits all the stereotypes and rules my world. I wouldn't want anything different.

Maybe next year I will suggest a chastity themed Purimschpiel at my synagogue? Lol we're pretty open minded and have a wonderful woman Rabbi but probably not quite ready for that yet
