Hello to all, and wishing you well. Does anyone here have a mature metal jailbird with a 1/4 inch gap ??. I'm thinking of buying one but am concerned about the gap. Mature metal advise a bigger gap for high and tight balls like mine but I'm concerned they will escape through the larger gap as has happened with a few cheap Chinese knockoffs I have . I would have thought a tighter gap would keep the boys trapped better. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
I don't have a Jailbird, but have also found that a smaller gap is better for preventing the ball slip when high and tight (since they tend to push hard against that ring)...
