I typoed, the ring is round.

The scurity screw is very secure. No tool you can find will fit it.
I have read elsewhere that some people have experienced the screw loseni g after a period of time. So the keyholder may have to confirm it is tight. MM can drill so that the screw head becomes counter sunk. But you will not be able to transition back to a padlock then. Screw only if you have that modification done.
The screw does make the look clean. It also reduces the weight slightly. You also remove the pinching of skin that sometimes happens between lock and cage.
