For sizing my Jail Bird, I ordered a set of the sizing rings. I was sort of in between two sizes on the shaft, with one size being a little snug, but the next size up having a little bit of gap. I opted for the smaller size, since the instructions told me there shouldn't be a gap, but I'm thinking that may have been a mistake.

After a few days locked, I end up with an abrasion on one side of my shaft that lines up with one of the bars. I've checked the bar, and it's totally smooth. No burrs or anything.

This sort of makes sense. When I get an erection, it swells to be slightly wider than it is tall. So I think what's happening is that after several nights of swelling in my sleep, that I'm just pushing against that bar until the skin rubs off.

I'm not really sure what sort of input I'm looking for here, if I'm being honest. My suspicion is that I'll have to order a whole new cage with a little more girth, since MM can't adjust cage ID. But I'm open to other thoughts.

Have you tried a little lube. If not try a good quality cream that doesn't just dissipate in a short amount of time. Maybe a little vasoline.

I'm not really sure what you mean? Like lube the bars before I go to bed?

Yes put lube on everywhere u can reach if u can't take your cage off. If u r able to remove your cage lube everything really well n put your cage back on. Hope this helps.

I'll give it a shot. Definitely would prefer not to have to order a whole new cage.
