Is this fitting right?

Ich denke dein Käfig ist für den Anfang zu klein, deine nächtlichen Erektionen zerren so fest am Ring, dass Du wund wirst davon. Ich rate Dir zu einem grösseren (längeren) Käfig zu Beginn. Später kannst Du langsam immer kleinere Käfige wählen. Zudem musst Du den Sack gut eincremen. Für den Rest brauchst Du nur noch Geduld und durchhalte Vermögen.

I struggle with ball trap designs with being a grower. I know when the ring is too tight if I have numbing sensation after removing it

 

Someone told me it was a spacing issue from gage to base ring and told Mr yo slightly bend the cage away from the base ring, and it actually helped me.

"Ball burn" isn't so much a result of ring size but of the environment down there.

You're going to get more sweaty, dirty and humid around the ring, salt from your sweat will irritate, as will precum which gets as hard as limescale when it dries on the ring. I've showered and bathed, rubbing the ring with a flannel, and then taking it off have still found dried semen on the ring. Good hygiene will go a long way to reducing and preventing discomfort.

Another often overlooked issue is pubic hair. Put a few loose ones in your mouth and feel just how rough they are. Now think of moist skin having pubic hairs rubbed into it by the hard ring... is it any wonder it gets sore and itchy?
Getting rid of any hair within reach of the ring will remove that problem. Shave or pluck the immediate area under the ring and trim other hair not forgetting the tops of your legs so they can't reach under the ring. For the ultimate smooth finish get laser treatment, or it's junior cousin get a cheap IPL device to stunt hair growth in the area. It's a bit like a garden, let it go wild and the first tidy ups will take a while, but after you've tamed it, maintenance is much easier!

 

I have tried a few plastic devices over the past years.. I would love to have one for airtravel.

until now, all of them gave me ball burn!
Usually even after a few hours of wearing.

I found that metal is the only way to go for me for longer term.

just a flat round ring, not even the ergonomic shape ones.. Size is just 1 finger knuckle wider than my flaccid state.
This did the trick! Now I can wear for days or even weeks without any issues.

 

I do have a resin kink3D knock-off that I wear on a short business trip but mainly I wear steel, yes!

going through security is some sort of a hassle but workable..
I keep the base ring on and the cage and lock, somewhere in the carry-on when passing screening.
Then go the the first available restroom to fit it back on.

In terms of “keyholder security”
(Currently I’m my own keyholder but the solution would be
Have the key in a short piece of PVC-electric pipe.
Two little slots for the key-base and two holes through the pipe where the key-hole is. The beard sits inside the pipe…
The key gets locked in there with a numbered tag.
Just send a verification picture to your keyholder after putting the cage back on.

The space between a plastic ring and cage can be enlarged with a dremel with sanding drum. Some material can be removed without compromising the system. It will not take much material removal to make a comfortable difference, I took about 1/16” on the insides of the ring mine resulting in a good fit.
I use vaseline whenever I feel a need to combat chafing. Catch it when it starts.

 

@SpeedoGainer : I personally do not like the HT model due to the extremely small gap distance between the ring and the cage at the bottom.

If you have "high and tight" balls it is best to get a device with a larger gap distance between the ring in the cage/tube. I have a custom device from Mature Metal & it has a 1/2-inch gap, this could really help you a lot.

 

I wonder if this knockoff CK is modularly compatible with the real ones?

 

Looks good! If anything I think you could use a smaller base ring.

 

from the second image, it looks like it could be a bit more snug, but just my thoughts as I prefer a tighter ring.
