Is there a devise that stays on someone with small testicles?

    My wife and I have explored chastity a bit but I cannot find a devise that stays on me, my testicles are quite small and they just slip through the ring. We gave it up for a while but now want to play again except she says she doesn’t want me in a devise because they are not practical and don’t stay on me anyway. To me, part of the fun, arousal is having that thing on me reminding me she is in charge. Then she said if I want one to stay on get a piercing. I don’t think I want a PA piercing but would do a frenulum one. Are there any good/secure devices out there using frenulum piercing with someone with small testicles?

    Take a look at a belt design. For many you can push testicles inside you or have them trapped under the cage. So size shouldn't matter. There have been a couple posters put cute designs in the gallery section lately, check them out.

    Some models have a ring that if centered correctly over the anus allows you to go. Not sure how effective it works, but looks plausible.

    I can’t believe that if you select the correct sized base ring and minimise the gap that almost any device wouldn’t stay put.

    You need to focus on the smallest gap you can find.

    I have had the same problem. Small everything down there.
    I bought a Holy Trainer Small knock off from Amazon.
    I use the smallest ring they provide.
    And its Awesome!!
    Fits great. Comfortable and very discreet. Its pretty much been on since the last week of August.
    Hope it never comes off except for maintenance purposes.

    Hi there,

    A piercing is an excellent idea and opens many more chastity options for you, including ringless devices!!

    But frenum piercings can be fraught..... PA is definitely a better chastity piercing.....

    Have you tried smaller base rings at all...?

    A very cheap trial is one of those adjustable radiator hose rings.... You can adjust them quite finely BUT BE CAREFUL..... TOO tight is dangerous!! If there's colour change and things go cold LOOSEN IMMEDIATELY!!!

    If you choose to test, trial this in DAY!! Don't go to sleep with it on!!

    The rule of thumb is to be able to get one finger under the ring comfortably.....

    Once you get a good base ring size this way you can an mark, remove, retighten to mark a d measure diameter!

    Your GAP between cage and base ring could also be too big...

    A metal cage allows some modification of gap by gentle bending....

    May I ask if you have a device at the moment....?

    Thank you all for the Replies. Sorry for the delay in response but life got in the way and we stopped the chastity. I was wearing an evotion product. I have thought the ring gap to be the issue as well. I hope we can get back to it my wife feels it’s to consuming of our ( hers) lives when we play?

    The best way is to go custom cock cage. Yes, they are expensive, but you will be able to customize the ring and gap size to fit you well. I am caged 24/7 with no issues. No discomfort.     Then make it so that it requires next to no effort for her. What does she have to different with you locked vs. unlocked? If you get a good fitting metal cage that you can clean yourself in, the only time that she needs to get involved with the cage is when she needs your penis for something, in which case all she has to do is hand you the key. Otherwise, just stay locked and don't complain, and all will be good.

    Of course, finding a good fitting cage is what started this thread, so good luck with that.

    Well I am half joking but yeah it seems to turn her on but I also think she thinks she needs to tease me more and that sometimes is tiresome for her. I tell her it’s not about me but she thinks she needs to make it fun for me. She is not real selfish and that is a bit of a problem for us. She feels as it’s selfish.
