Don't know about the Fancysteel, but I have been in a Walter Goethals belt and yes: it allows you to sleep the night without erection (or at least erection attempts) wake ups. On the other hand it compromises too much daily activities (like riding a bycicle for example) and my wife did not find it attractive at all, so I'm back to ball trap devices (mostly steel, but when I need to air travel: HolyTrainerv2) Anyhow: my experience is that the longer you are in, the better it gets and my night attempts for erections don't wake me up all that much anymore.

The full belt wins hands down in my eyes having owned several types of each the comfort level especially during the night time is far better with a full belt.
You can resolve the comfort issue by getting the right fit. Security is harder. However, I suspect that a snug device would be hard to get back into *after* masturbating without causing some damage to your swollen member.
For me full belt is much more comfortable than CB. I coud not say about Fancysteel because I have Neosteel. It depends on the design. I have "masterpiece" system. It is not restictive at all. It allows for almost any sport activity I could imagine. No problems with bike, running, etc. If you choose "light" design it should be OK. Right sizing is very important.
