I had a similar search and found very few, ended up trying out the A218 & A213 cages per this post https://www.chastitymansion.com/forums/index.php?threads/a218-and-a223-chinese-cages.27181/ which were more comfortable cages but which were not suitable long term due to hygiene issues, details in the post.
This is the device that I am and I can attest that it is a more comfortable fit for girth but in all honesty still punishing for any erections.
