@Anonoman It looks like you pull your foreskin through the outer ring and snap the cap on to lock it in place. Since I dont have a foreskin, it didn't work at all for me. I can't say how effective it is if you do have one.

Very interesting design, I printed one and it kind of works, but would need to be attached to a proper tube and ring. But I wonder about the hygien, because you wont get access to the tip of the penis at all, so might get messy? I will try to add holes to it and see if it solves the hygien problem. What are your thoughts?
What does "kind of works" mean though? Can you still get erect and could you get pleasure? The OP doesn't seem to be around which is a shame. Maybe a honeycomb structure for the each of the caps might help? I've not printed it yet, but will try and report. I believe the OP designed this as device that doesn't need a ring. If it actually works stand-alone that would be great! -d
It grabs your foreskin and while it is on, it blocks the ability to get stimulation. However, you can just pull it off quite easily, it's does not grab hold that good, and if it would I assume it would pinch the foreskin bad. However, ordinary trapped ball devices are also easy to pull out from, because the tip/foreskin is not stuck. I was thinking this foreskin grabbing combined with a trapped ball design might do the trick, assuming that the hygiene problem is solved.
So I printed the middle "trumpet" part, but I couldn't really get it into place properly (even though I'm not circumcised and have quite a bit of loose skin). The skin is attached in one place so I'm not sure it could ever work that well..? Regarding hygiene maybe a bunch of holes would work. And for security, you could have a small hole in the two caps large enough to thread a plastic numbered lock. Or you could extrude a tab at one position say 12 O'clock and put a hole there to accommodate a plastic lock. This design seems clever if it can be made to work. If you need a ball trap ring, I think there are better options (Cherry Keeper, in particular). -droog
Dunno. My junk would get really smelly real soon, if I would not could not wash under the foreskin. In addition, I guess there would be swelling in the foreskin if the device hinders the circulation. Security? Pierce a few holes in the foreskin and off you go. Not for me.
