Take your time. Seriously, rushing into things like this is just a good way to scare your wife, so do let her know what you're thinking about, but don't dump it on her all at once. Every relationship is different, so I am not suggesting that anything in particular will work for you; you know you and your relationship better than any of us can. With that disclaimer out of the way, one thing that seemed to work really well in my case was that my wife hated feeling the pressure that she had to have sex with me. You know, because I'm a male and I need it, like every day, or twice a day, or whatever. So at some point, after she had told me this, I agreed to allow her to choose when we have sex, and that I would try very hard not to pressure her or make her feel guilty. Doing that, of course, dropped the amount of sex we were having, but also made it possible for her to take the next step ... So if I may suggest something: Look for ways to give your wife room to grow her confidence, and her enjoyment in her natural power over you. It's already there (otherwise you wouldn't be here!), so stop fighting it, and stop trying to force it, and step back and let her bloom.
