Hi all, I had difficulties keeping my HT Nano on because the tip of my gland was protruding through the front hole and my clothes rubbing against it was painful. I just crafted a small "ring" out of plastic resin and put it over the hole. The clothes can no longer touch the protruding part and the pain is gone Problem solved !
