Those will do it. They work wonders. You need a proper drill to use them though. Something like a dremel doesn't have the toque. At least not the one I own.

I could so so easily make a lock with a key to one of my devices that would be one use only, the first time you locked it on it would shear the key in the lock and that would be that, Our imaginations as manufacturers is governed by the people we make these items for

What's SS? The pin or the easy-outs (or whatever that variation is called) I linked to?

I assume you mean the easy-outs are SS and the pin is Ti? In which case would not a diamond tipped drill bit to the trick? The easy outs only need to grab, not cut, onto the sides. Grind the pin down out of the way and the reverse threading of the easy-out should grab with enough torque to remove a machine screw even if they can't dig in like they would need to to get a 3" deck screw out of wood (what I've used them primarily for)

Otherwise that's quite a conundrum!

 

Admittedly, there's something amazingly hot about the prospect of this predicament, but I can't help but think in reality there are many reasons for this to be a genuine problem long term.

With regard to your case, surely if the screw head strips that easily, then grinding off the center pin with a dremel (flex-shaft recommended) should be fairly easy. Once the pin is gone (or reduced) the above-mentioned screw extractors should work just fine. With a sharp diamond grinder, that tiny center pin should shed heat fast enough not to be a problem while you take it down.

 

The pin is SS the easy outs if quality will probably be Tungsten Carbide and the issue is heat build up and transfer

I'd stick to mixing up some JB weld and putting it on the end of the key. Push the key in place and hold it still till it sets. Once it's set, slowly back the screw out.

Careful not to get any on the cage around the screw.

Yes you lose the key and the screw... but you get your penis back. And you can buy a new screw and key.

Ibwould 5 min epoxy the key in place and hope i could get enough grip from the epoxy and the screw and key to get it to loosen.

 

I have read all the posts and The only way I see to removing the device is to use bolt cutters at various places thus destroying the device.
It does appear that you could still have intercourse and thereby satisfy your wife.
My wife absolutely insists on being penetrated by me when she is ready. I do believe this device would work for my restriction as it would not have to be removed.
I found myself getting quite aroused when the finality of your predicament hit home. Too close to home!

Having a device on that you can get off if you want to is very different if it's one you can't.
At this stage time is on your side however come the day that removal is a necessity for an unexpected medical emergency say .

If the epoxy idea which may work or not .
A tiny punch and hammer to shift it ??
