    So the other night the high security screw got stripped and rounded out in my Titanium chastity device. I think I might be stuck for a while barring some power tools. Mina laughed a lot when it happened (and is still laughing when it comes up).

    @chris82 They wouldn't fit in, the hole is tiny. When I designed the device I also made the screw nice and recessed in the titanium so it would be inaccessable.

    Ahhhh sh*t. Hold it in a vice and CAREFULLY use a hammer and chisel to split the head of the screw and unwind it? Failing that drill it? Don't really think welding a new bolt head on to get a better grip on would be a good idea myself lol. I'll Keep my fingers crossed for you my friend.

    Most people have no idea just how difficult it is to work with Ti, the rapid build up of a very very high temperature would result in 3rd degree burns in a very short time if you took a dremel to a Ti device ;-) and wouldnt even touch it !!

    I am imagining having 3rd degree burns on my penis while still locked in the device not able to get out because I had to stop cutting with the burning. Or attacking the screw with a drill bit the bit breaking and the remander of the bit plunging into my penis while still getting burns from the heat from drilling.

    Maybe i could just have the vice not attached to bench so that if i fall over it comes with me?.....hmmm lets scratch that idea off the list. ;-)

    lets see the "key" used to unscrew it ... I would bet a lot of patience and a VERY good epoxy given 24 hours to fully cure (glue the key in the screw head) would most likely get it out ... epoxy needs 24 hours minimum to fully cure ... but you are only going to most likely get one shot at it that way then you will be drilling or cutting

    @Minas bitch and I have had quite a lot of correspondence so I know he wont mind me saying this, currently there are no customers who have purchased one of these so not really necessary !!! people say that money is no object when they purchase a quality Chastity device, but you could buy a good family car almost new for the price that this cost to produce !!! not your every day chastity device more like some thing the French Aristocracy would have commissioned before the Cake problem !!!

    Well that's good, only mentioned it because I have seen them for sale, I recognized the design right away. You are also right about the cost, definitely not saying it's over priced, was just a bit out of my price range. Appreciate a Lamborghini but can afford a mustang lol.

    It's actually a screw from a lori's. I have heard of other Lori screws getting stripped too

    I did sell one of mine at material cost because I made some tweaks to the design. It was hard to even sell it at that. I sold it with a different type of screw not likely to strip. I did offer to him that I could give instructions to his master on making it permanent though.

    Aside from the obvious problem, let me say that is a beautiful devise and Mistress Mina should be proud to see her name on it. Our suggestion is to use a dremal to cut a straight line slot across the head of the screw. Cold/frozen rag should help reduce the heat, when you have the slot cut, a small screwdriver could back out the screw. Good luck

    My guess would be A2 if not then 316. The most important thing is to make sure the bit is absolutely fully seated before turning. It's easy with those to only have them partially. If you start having any issues with the screw, switch to your spare or get new screws.
