I made my own design

And now, the process for curing the resin!

 

Well...
After a night of curing in UV light, this was the result. All that remains is to sand some edges of the fixing points of the supports used in the printing.


And after sanding, this is the result we have. I'll leave it to cure in the sun for a while and then I'll have to test this first prototype. As soon as you put it on me, I'll show you!

 

For those who have doubts about its assembly, here are some photos, in addition, I also show how it is possible to use it with a catheter for urethra. This part is optional, it is even from another belt I used, I believe that in this model the silicone tube needs to be longer.

Cage assembled, it's time to test. I took pictures with and without a catheter for you to see.

Positive points
- I found it very comfortable, very anatomical
- For those who have a small clitoris, like me, it's excellent!
- It is very discreet and does not bother in daily use (I will still test it for long periods)

Negative points
- With the catheter, the pee is excellent, but it doesn't release all the liquid, creating a vacuum, and that over time keeps the pee there, which can be bad. I will still do tests without the catheter
- I found the upper base, where the lock is, very fragile, I think that with an erection, or some more sudden movement, it could break.
- In addition to the fragile base, the two pins that attach to the side of the rim are in a bad position, and since the cage is not well fixed, they hurt a little. I will reposition them.

Bottom line
- For the first version, I thought it was an excellent job! Few adjustments need to be made, some slacks to better fit the material, but for sure I have a belt here that promises to be excellent!

 

Back to the Fusion 360, the design was updated!

I noticed that the top support was very fragile, and it even allowed the cage to be pulled out if you forced it. I tried to make a more minimalist design, that was less "heavy", but unfortunately it influences the security of the device.

In the new version, which I dubbed the "happy rabbit" since the part where the lock is reminiscent of two rabbit ears, I made this region more solid.

Also, the side supports were "floating" in the first version, they served very well for the cage not to go inside anymore, but this was not the objective, but not to let the clitoris push the cage out, so I made a new design with snap pieces that will serve as locks. The idea is that the cage does not go forward or backward. Still on these locks, to remove them, they must be broken, which will give more security, since broken, they indicate that something has been violated. Get ready to suffer your bad boy.

Change of plans. I printed the locks, but they were very fragile, in use they would break.

So I'm redoing this area, with a kind of channel (tube), where I'll pass a ribbon and lock it with a nice bow. As I'm getting into the game of being a sissy, with my wife. Who knows, maybe she'll choose a pink ribbon.

Are you referring to the ring picture? Those two holes will be where the side supports of the cage will fit. And in the holes less inside them, is the space where the tape will pass that will hold the bow

Unfortunately, the walls of the upper part, where the lock is located, were very thin and in the fitting tests they ended up breaking. I tried to glue them with super glue, just to do the tests on my clit, but not to use on short or long term.

Notice in the photo that it already has the ribbon that will be used as part of the fixation, and also as a nice sissy touch.

Version 2 is better, but we still need more tweaks. Back to Fusion 360. LOL

 

And here it is, the cage mounted. As I said in the previous post, I need some adjustments, but it looks beautiful.

Showing it to my wife, I had a brief erection that was soon stopped by the belt, I loved it!

Also, the ribbon with the top gives a very cute look!

 

Ohh, now I understand!

In that version, I thought of making some "safety pins" that would secure the cage to the ring, and once inserted, they could no longer be removed without being broken, proving that it was opened. With that, too, the cage would be more fixed, avoiding moving away from the ring if there was any beginning of erection. You know, we can't make the clitoris hard, it's not part of our nature anymore. LOL

I did some printing tests, but for this safety pin to work, it would need to be bigger and have thicker "fins", which made it impossible to use, and I ended up not even showing you the final result of this belt, and so, I restarted the project with the model in the photos a little further up.

 

Maybe I use this design in another part of the cage. LOL

Considerations so far:
- Although it has a much larger top than the first version, it still has a compact design.
- It is very strong and I believe it will be very safe.
- More and more I fall in love with the detail for the ribbon bow at the top.

 

And here are the photos already using the cage. I loved the result, very comfortable and seems to be very safe! Now it's the testing phase and see how it behaves, and if it will be necessary to develop another version.

I apologize but I need to shave, besides, my pink bow was short, I had to wear this white one.
