    Jemima it is definitely the worst for of punishment for any sub whippings and ball crushings and this that and the other corporal and physical punishments are all just attention which is exactly what a sub craves.

    Writing lines while kneeling on rice might be appropriate.
    I have to write lines regularly and it is always is a great reminder of my position.
    I had to kneel on rice once and only for 10 minutes. It sounds harmless, but I was so glad when it was over!
