a nice little daily meditation book. It is designed to promote female empowerment. It is not a bdsm book it is more centered on helping women find their personal worth and power. In all actuality, it is a not too thinly veiled book promoting female supremacy. It challenges women to move beyond the patriarchal attitudes so many women grew up with. I think it's worth the read.
