    Happy Locktober everyone.
    Should anyone need more reinforcement when starting or trying self-locking, I suggest a great site with hypno files:

    Listining to these files (there are many more if you are also looking at ass stimulation or sissy / Feminization files) frequently definitely reinforces the feeling to wear long term your belt.

    I just played the first one. It definitely relaxed me, though during the middle of it I kind of zoned out, and don't really remember much of what he was saying. I think maybe repeating it every couple of days could possibly reinforce it. I want to try the 'Free your inner girl' and 'Sissy Clean' files as well.

    Hated it. The voice (male, with an accent and possibly speech impediment) is a huge turnoff. I don't know why it's so hard to find something like this in an attractive female voice.

    This would be an excellent tool for chastity control. Imagine having your cage fitted and being unable to remove it yourself or even feeling pain when you are not caged. Mistress has asked me to try out a few of these to aid my feminisation. There's a session called High heels which forces you to wear high heels to walk.
    I will try this when I do not have to walk out one day.

    Thanks for the link. This one has some promise. An attractive, soothing female voice, but I've listened for a while, and all I've heard so far is just general hypnosis induction. I have no idea how long I have to listen before getting to the good part, or how long the whole thing is. After I downloaded the file, it started playing, but I can't even find the application that is playing it. No idea what's going on, how to pause, forward, rewind, nothing.

    Found a file took me deep. Didn't recall it. 4 days out for health issue. Could not sneak without thoughts going elsewhere. Felt relieved when caging up this morning.
