A friend of mine who has recently got his first ever Neosteel chastity belt but he is disappointed. He is educated and careful, he repeated the measurement and should have reached accurate result. After a long wait, at the end of the day he is getting a belt that he feels so uncomfortable, it's okay when he stands, but when he sits or is in many other common postures, he is in great pain, not likely to be tolerated for so long. We have mailed the merchant but we are not getting very useful response. We don't mind sending back and paying extra cost for redesign but the problem is Now we don't even know what's wrong with our measurements. He has taken the measurements again and again but we can't find the difference.
Anyone experienced in dealing with Neosteel? What's his possible problem which made his belt so uncomfortable?

Maybe the belt is too small, or maybe only some bending is needed in crucial areas. You do not provide much details. Where is the pain? Some sort of chaffing or just the pressure? Steel sbelt limits some movements that body have, so your friend must bend the belt. It is normal / it is needed. When we take about one-month "body adaptation" it is also belt-adaptation, and really could take longer than one month (depends how precisely any pains & modifications could be made). Of course it could be also another reason: belt is simply too small. But .. if this is first / new belt I would simply assume that your friend needs to bend ~3mm steel to better fit to the body (shape "from factory" is not right for 100%). Measuring kit is flexible and will adapt, steel belt needs to be adapted manually (bended using quite strong force). It's just the process - wear it for few hours and bend / try to change belt shape where it limits your bones. (I used even some heavy tools to change belt shape to be more flat / more wide than originally delivered).
