How is this cage meant to work?

    I was looking at this cherry keeper cage, and I was wondering, is it meant for your head to stick out? Or is your head still inside? (I'm hoping for the former tbh)

    It looks like the head pokes out and can't easily be pulled back though due to the head lock.
