MY Wife / KH / Goddess usually wears hers on a long silver chain around her neck. She has been asked about it in the past and 'laughs it off' by telling people it is the key to her husband's chastity belt. (So far no one has asked me !)

I have the key on a chain locked with a combination padlock at the bottom of our garden.
