I've been there. Just plain trigger happy in any chastity device, belt etc. The solution? Cut it out. Stop cheating the device. Chastity is in the brain and the device an aid. Ok then. From you posted it sounded more like you were playing with yourself. The only thing that works is concentration and practice.
