    Just an idea. As a sub, it sounds hot to me in this situation for my Mistress to calmly and deliberately articulate what they observe, and try some experiment with me to minimize any bad mood. Something like, "I notice you are not as attentive today, so here's what I want....."

    Maybe make him wear something he sometimes wears to feel submissive. (It might be ridiculously tattered work shorts if that's something she likes, or something feminine if that's something you play with) and assign 1-2 chores, possibly menial, and say you'll be evaluating his performance later in the day to decide your next step.

    So it's a short conversation where she demonstrates some type of power, and acts more dominant than he is in the mood for. He may act badly in some way, or argue. But she can say she's made her direction clear, and expects him to come around asap.

    This type of dominance plants a seed, and helps me come around much more quickly. I don't want to disappoint or give an example where I'm not serious about my service to her. So within an hour I come around and start feeling much more submissive again.

    Remember there's no orthodoxy about chastity or a LEATHER BOOK OF ANSWERS.

    Generally a sub male who is strongly connected to a woman enjoys doing what she wants and desires. Whimsy is a part of it. The bad thing for a guy is disinterest.

    For me, orgasm control is 100x better that Olympic long-term chastity and orgasm shaming.
