    I’m not new to the concept of chastity, just to the execution of it using a device. I have extremely small balls and a very tight scrotum. Consequently, none of the ball locking devices that I’ve tried have worked. They’re either too painful or easily slip off.
    So now I’m planning on getting a PA and perusing a PA locking type device. Recommendations and suggestions are gladly accepted. Thanks!

    I would go for a full belt as the PA could be put under enormous strain. A belt like the Behind Barz can also be secured with a PA but without any weight on the piercing.

    Hey there!

    Welcome!!

    Is it ok to ask what sort of trapped ball devices you have tried.....?

    Too painful sort of indicates base ring too small.... Slipping off (assuming you mean the entire device) equals base ring too big....

    From your description this appears to be your biggest problem....?

    If you can get that correct, hopefully the problems will be solved.

    With a PA the need for exact tube measurements on a trapped ball device become less exacting because of the PA security. However, the base ring needs to fit well....

    I talk about trapped ball PA devices here as it is true they place less pressure in the piercing site than a ringless device....

    Have you tried measuring using a hose clamp....?

    Perhaps some ball stretching implements may also work too whilst the PA is healing....?
