I've experimented before with cages. Had a small metal one ('deviant'?) and a couple of resin ones. I never seem to find one that's comfortable for long term. Problems are: there's never enough room between the back of the tube/cage and the ring, so the flesh of my scrotum is always pinched in there and tends to ride up the sides. The metal one is very difficult to put on, and really needs three or four hands, which may be exciting, but not always practicable. Also, various parts of cock and balls become squeezed or pinched by various parts of the device, and parts of the tube dig in to me when I'm sitting. I just need to find one, ideally as open as possible for hygiene, that doesn't squeeze or pinch at all, and that can be put on easily.
Try to get one with a larger “gap” measurement… and one with an open design so you can easily pull that bunched up skin into the tube… like the Mature Metal Jailbird.
My first resin ones pushed hard and irritme at the bottom of the penis where it meets the scrotum. The Ternence one I got off Amazon is way better. It is sort of curved toward the front leaving less pressure there on me. Just wish the inside was slightly smaller diameter.
Having a comfortable and secure cock cage requires proper measurements. The ring size, gap, cage length and diameter are all connected and the measurements depend on the manufacturer also. You might need to properly size it, especially the gap. I wrote a guide that might help you if your cage is not properly designed: https://www.chastitymansion.com/for...for-24-7-cock-cage-wearing.45079/#post-509577 Krystine Kellogg made a podcast about my cock cage guide if you are interested: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/krystines-flr-podcast/id1529833492?i=1000571210960 EP: 0241 — https://krystinekellogg.com/podcast.html
