I too have very high and tight balls, sleeping in a cage at night is no problem apart from the night erections , but during the day with general moving around especially I find sitting and driving my balls get pulled into my body so much and causes so much burn and discomfort I take the cage off. Is the bird cage your first device or did you wear one before , was comfortable for every day wearing? If you did what cage was it ??
