    Hi professional middle aged male ,had a interest in the scene for about 4 years ,but really only just got started in it,been trying out Chasity with my missus for about 2 months but struggle to wear in bed as I find the erections very painful. Would love to try long term Chasity with the right advice

    Put some lube under the base ring before going to sleep at night. That should help.
