Welcome! I have not had any UTI issues at all wearing my Looker 02 with urethral plug. Only problems I find are chaffing of the skin on the outside after a few days. Besides this it is the most comfortable cage I have worn, and have tried most of the plastic CB series, an Holy Trainer 2, and a couple of metal bird cage like designs. You're very lucky that your wife is fully onboard with both chastity and feminization! Mine is not so interested, but she knows I wear panties every day and I wear chastity cages.

Good to hear. I think I'd love to have it but my wife is the decider. She wants me to be active without risk. Maybe she'll change her mind later on and decide to put me in either a urethral or PA cage after gauging how easy it is for me to slip out of a cage without one of those.
My third or fourth cage had a stainless urethra tube with it. I ordered an additional one with a longer silicone tube and I will say they are secure. I am not all that "blessed" so even the short stainless tube presses in past the base ring. So pulling out would be VERY PAINFUL and hard to do. The silicone tube goes in almost to the prostate, so getting out with it in is nearly impossible as well. I used both and the feeling of something inside you feels wonderful at first after an hour or two it began to get annoying while trying to move around, bend over ect. I also found that even though I used the Surgilube to lube the tubes before inserting, as well as squeezing some inside me, after a while it dries up somewhat. Then when removing it was painful! There was blood all 3-4 times I used the tubes when pulling them out. So in my opinion there may be a use for them in a "punishment" situation short term. The urethra tubes are really not suited for long term use. At least not for me. Maybe a silicone based lube would have made a difference but with most not being sterile I chose not to use it for potential UTI issues. There was also a burning pain when urinating for a couple of days after use. So I would not recommend using the urethra tubes as a way to improve your security. For me I am extremely high and tight. Even though I am not well endowed pulling out is possible but not easy. It is also not comfortable to try to "sneak in a quick orgasm". Then getting it tucked back in is nearly impossible for me. A plastic cage with multiple rings to work out the best size is good to start with, but a steel cage is much easier to keep clean in for those doing longer term chastity.
Wearing a urethral insert is a whole new level of feeling and also, if long enough, prevents being able to pull out the back. Looking at Cherry Keepers (seems like we'll need to figure out the best ball gap for these), Chastitytech (not sure they if they do nubs or not), various resin nub cages that I think are Cobras, and some nub metal cages from cuckinchastity.com (I'm checking the reviews here for them if I can find any). They're all inexpensive enough to buy a handful and see what works out.

I posted something on the Chastity device discussions and reviews forum but after hanging out on the site a bit longer I think it might belong in the Journals forum. I ordered sizing rings from MM and I've been wearing them every day for about 4 days. Starting out with 50mm just to get used to something. I'll get cages with 50mm and 45mm for sure and then see what happens after a couple months or whatever. Slept with a ring on overnight for the first time. Woke up early with morning wood. Uncomfortable but not painful. Kept it on, will try again tonight. I'll save the rest for a journal post once I have time.
