CHASTITY AGREEEMENT

PURPOSE:
This agreement describes the relationship and duties of two people, the Male, and the Guardian. The Male is to be locked in a chastity device. The Guardian is to control the keys to that device and, therefore, the sexual behaviour of the Male.

DEFINITION:
Chastity Device is a locking mechanism that encloses the male genitalia preventing erection, manipulation, and orgasm.

PARTICIPANTS:
The Male who agrees to have his penis locked beyond his reach in a chastity device.
The Guardian who agrees to maintain the keys to the chastity device.

TERM:
Once signed the Male accedes to the Guardian any and all right to terminate this agreement. The agreement will remain in force at the pleasure of the Guardian.

DUTIES:
The male will remain in the chastity device at all times. He will keep it clean and only remove it for inspection with the supervision of the Guardian. He will never attempt to defeat the purpose of the device.
The Guardian will keep the keys to the device in a secure place away from the Male.
The Guardian will unlock the device only at her/his discretion.
The Male agrees to have no rights in determining the length of confinement even if the term is permanent.
The Male agrees to accept behaviour modification to eliminate erectile function.
The Male agrees to use prosthetic devices, in lieu of his penis, to satisfy his mate.
The Male agrees to allow others to use prosthetic devices on him for their own pleasure.
The Male agrees to whatever use the Guardian requires, including servicing others, female and male.

THE GUARDIAN MAY NOT:
Cause bodily harm.
Require brands, tattoos, or piercing.
Require inappropriate clothing or adornment in public.
Require behaviour that would cause loss of public reputation or employment of the Male.
Require behaviour detrimental to the health of the Male.

MISCELLANEOUS:
In addition to the chastity device the Guardian may use other restraints on the male:
Hood, collar, cuffs, gag, strait-jacket, spreader bars, steel cage, corset,
back brace, leg braces, steel armour, breathing devices, etc.

The Guardian and the Male stipulate they are over twenty-one years of age, have read and understand this agreement, and are signing this agreement freely without coercion.

i am in complete accordance with You Mistress FeatherHawk that each contract should "cover all my bases in what will be fit for us and our lifestyle." Each relationship is different, and what specifics are included in some contracts may not be necessary in others.

Contract of Service
This Contract of Service (Contract or Agreement) is entered into voluntarily by both parties without duress of any kind. This Agreement is by and between
______________ (Keyholder) and _____________ (wearer).

Article I Recitals
1.1 Whereas, wearer acknowledges his deep need for loving female authority, and guidance.
1.2 Whereas, it is in the interest of both parties to have a strong and loving
relationship.
1.3 Therefore, wearer, desiring to improve himself and the relationship, has wisely concluded that he should agree to a Contract of Service for the benefit of Keyholder, in which substantially all control of the relationship is in
Her hands. Keyholder, in exchange, offers to fulfill wearers need for loving female authority under this Agreement.
Article II Definitions
2.01 Abrogate the Contract The rejection by the wearer of the Contract,
leaving the relationship without any terms. Permitted at only one time a year.
2.02 Chastity Device A locking device for preventing both erection and
orgasm, but allowing for urination and reasonable hygiene.
2.03 Orgasm (male) An ejaculatory release of semen.
2.04 Prostate Milking The massage of the prostate gland in such a manner as to release ejaculate and/or other accumulated fluids without an orgasm.
2.05 Punishment Period of Denial A period of time in which wearer is denied an orgasm for punishment, as opposed to ordinary periods of denial.

2.06 Regular Duties A list of chores, duties and responsibilities and their
frequency of performance.
2.07 Review A regular meeting in which performance under this Agreement
is evaluated. This is also the time when wearer should make any confessions of infractions of the Rules. wearer will be offered an opportunity to express
comments, concerns and thoughts for the Keyholders consideration.
2.08 Rules In general, this Agreement in its entirety, as well as any Special Duties, Programs, Rules or requirements may impose at any time.
2.09 Special Duties A list, though it may not be in writing, of tasks, chores, duties, actions and responsibilities to be performed, typically of a limited or nonrecurring nature.
2.10 Special Programs Actions to accomplish a specific goal, e.g. weight
loss, stop smoking, eat healthier, etc.
2.11 Unauthorized Orgasm Any orgasm wearer has by any means that
occurs without Keyholders specific permission.
2.12 Unauthorized Sexual Contact Any contact with wearers genitals, by
anyone without Keyholders specific permission, regardless of whether an orgasm occurs or not.
Article III General Terms
3.01 wearer will always treat Keyholder with the utmost respect and affection in and outside the home.
3.02 wearer agrees to cheerfully and without complaint immediately comply
with all of Keyholders requests.
3.03 wearer agrees, if after full discussion no consensus is reached, to defer to Keyholders decision in all matters.
3.04 wearer agrees to accept without complaint or argument Her evaluation of his performance under this Contract.
3.05 wearer agrees to accept any punishments She may decide to impose for breaches of the Rules or this Contract.

3.06 wearer agrees to perform Regular Duties to the best of his abilities as
detailed in Exhibit A.
3.07 wearer agrees to perform Special Duties as Keyholder may require of him from time to time.
3.08 wearer agrees to take all necessary steps and follow direction to
accomplish the goals Keyholder sets out in Special Programs.
3.09 wearer agrees to promptly and completely confess all infractions of the
Rules or terms of this Contract.
3.10 wearer agrees to provide sexual services on demand to Keyholder at any time, in any manner and under any conditions She desires. Including, but not limited to, providing Her with as many orgasms as She desires regardless of whether or not he is permitted one.
3.11 wearer agrees to accept without complaint, both verbal or through
physical demeanor or facial expression, Keyholders decisions regarding any sexual contact he may have with Her.
3.12 wearer agrees that even during sexual relations with Keyholder, he must seek permission for his orgasm before it is inevitable.
Article IV Chastity
4.01 wearer surrenders complete control of his orgasm to Keyholder. She alone has the power to permit him an orgasm.
4.02 Keyholder has graciously decided that wearer will not be kept in a Chastity Device permanently.
4.03 Keyholder has generously decided that wearer will not be punished for an Unauthorized orgasm, provided that it:
is confessed to Her no later that the first Review following its occurrence,
has been at least 30 days since the last Unauthorized Orgasm,
did not occur during a Punishment Period of Denial, and
did not occur during a period in which his performance of Regular and
Special Duties was less than acceptable.

4.04 Keyholder decides the method, manner and severity of punishments for
Unauthorized Orgasm.
4.05 Keyholder may choose to conclude that an Unauthorized orgasm has occurred solely on the basis of slipping performance of Regular and Special Duties. In this event, She will pick the date from within the last Review period to be deemed the date of the Unauthorized Orgasm.
4.06 Notwithstanding other punishments that She may impose, Keyholder has determined the minimum punishment for an Unauthorized orgasm to be:
confinement in a Chastity Device for a period of not less than 45 days,
a Punishment Period of Denial of 45 days to run concurrently with Chastity Device confinement, and
30 spanks on the bare buttocks with the implement of her choice, or other
forms of punishment She deems acceptable.
4.07 Keyholder acknowledges that for the general health of wearer, if he has not been permitted an Orgasm for 14 days or more, including during Punishment Periods of Denial, that his prostate will be milked no later than 21 days from his last orgasm or Prostate Milking.
4.08 During periods of enforced chastity, wearer will be allowed out of the
Chastity Device for routine cleaning and teasing, at times and under conditions to be determined by Keyholder.
4.09 While confined in a Chastity Device, wearer will always have access to
an emergency key, which will be kept in tamper evident packaging. The unopened package must be shown to Keyholder upon Her request, and returned following the end of his period of enforced chastity.
4.10 Unauthorized removal of the Chastity Device is a punishable offense. In
addition, there will be an immediate presumption that an Unauthorized orgasm
occurred. Furthermore, the provisions of 4.03, exempting certain Unauthorized Orgasms from punishment, will not apply in this case.
Article V Punishments
5.01 wearer surrenders to Keyholder the complete discretion to determine the manner, form and severity of punishments.
5.02 Punishments may include but are not limited to:

Extra duties or chores,
Denial of other forms of affection for a specified period of time,
Extending the period of orgasm denial, such extension known as a
Punishment Period of Denial,
Confinement in a Chastity Device for a specified period of time, and
Spankings, strappings, canings and or bondage.
5.03 Keyholder, in Her sole discretion, may offer wearer a choice between two or more punishments.
Article VI Privileges
Keyholder, in Her kindness and wisdom, grants the following privileges to wearer:
6.01 wearer may masturbate to the edge of orgasm as often as he desires,
when not confined in the Chastity Device. Privilege to masturbate is not approval for orgasm, and wearer assumes the full risk and responsibility for even an unintentional orgasms, which will be treated as Unauthorized.
6.02 wearer is not allowed to beg, hint, or ask for an orgasm at any time. wearer may initiate a request for sex with Keyholder only one time per month, and cheerfully accept Her answer, or Her terms under which it will occur or not.
6.03 wearer will be required to disclose the contents of this Agreement to
whom Keyholder desires.
6.04 wearer will not be required to wear the Chastity Device for medical
checkups or procedures, or in other circumstances where exposure is unavoidable. wearer may agree to wear the device in such circumstances.
6.05 wearer may offer ideas and suggestions, especially in anticipation of Her needs, on any matter that may arise between them.
6.06 wearer will not be belittled personally.
6.07 Every Sunday at a time of Keyholders convenience, a Review will be held.
This will cover the following items:
wearers performance for the week
wearers confessions of infractions of the Rules

wearers comments, concerns and thoughts are offered for Her
consideration. wearer must not state these as requests, merely express
his desires and feelings. Keyholder, being the fair and loving person She is, will
take these under consideration. Her decisions about his comments will be
final. Inasmuch as these are not requests, She is under no obligation to
respond to them at the time of the Review.
Article VII Amendment and Renewal
7.01 The term of this Agreement is a calendar year, January 1 through
December 31. The Agreement may be extended and renewed indefinitely.
7.02 Keyholder has the full authority to amend this Agreement at any time, not only in the addition to Regular and Special Duties, but also in any other aspect.
7.03 Keyholder expresses the opinion that more restrictive is not necessarily better, that Her objective is not to merely increase rigidity or severity of control; but rather to improve the relationship. Therefore, Keyholder has generously decided of Her own accord that such amendments during the course of the calendar year will not materially increase the restrictiveness of the terms of service. Keyholder has the sole discretion to determine whether or not such changes constitute material increase in severity.
7.04 With the exception of the first Review of the new calendar year, wearer will graciously be permitted to propose changes to this Contract and his reasons on the first Review of a calendar quarter. In order to preserve the final authority of Keyholder, this is not a negotiation, Keyholder has final authority to accept all, some or none of the changes proposed by wearer.
7.05 The first Review following the start of the calendar year, is special as it sets up the renewal of the Contract of Service. It is the one time when wearer has the most freedom, essentially to accept or Abrogate the Contract. wearer must do one of the following:
Accept the then current Contract (with changes made during the course of
the year, including those which may have been made specifically for the
new calendar year),
Accept With Concerns that certain provisions may be so restrictive that he
fears he may Abrogate the Contract, or
Abrogate the Contract in its entirety.

7.06 Abrogation of the Contract does not mean the end of the relationship, but such decision should be viewed as of similar magnitude. wearer pledges not to attempt to use this privilege as a negotiating ploy, but to do so only in the most extreme situation.
7.07 In the event that wearer Accepts With Concerns, the Contract as
currently amended by Keyholder is renewed for a period of one month. On the first Review of February, wearer must select either to renew the then current Contract of Service for the balance of the year, or to Abrogate the Contract in its entirety. Keyholder may, of Her own decision, choose to amend the Contract he is presented on the first Review of February as the one to be completely Accepted or Abrogated.
The Contract he is presented in February has only two options for wearer:
Accept or Abrogate.

Exhibit A Regular Duties
wearers Regular Duties are as follows, subject to amendment without notice:
1. To awake Keyholder at 6:30 am on work days, unless another time has been specified for special circumstances.
2. Prepare and deliver breakfast no later than 7:00 am.
3. Clean the cat litter boxes daily, replace cat litter no less than three times a week.
4. Record and maintain records of television shows Keyholder wishes to see until the recorded shows have been viewed.
5. Clean all bathrooms and toilets no less than three times a week.
6. Vacuum entire house, including stairs, at least three times a week. This also includes straightening up the house daily.
7. Clean and maintain kitchen daily.
8. Wash, clean, vacuum and maintain Keyholders vehicle inside and outside no less than once a week.
9. Wash, dry and fold neatly all Keyholders worn attire no less than twice a week.
Exhibit B - Rules
In addition to the entire Contract, Regular and Special Duties, and Special
Programs, the following Rules are prescribed:
1. If wearer wishes to receive a massage from a professional therapist, he
must secure permission from Keyholder at least 24 hours in advance. Keyholder has the right to approve the facility or therapist, and may make Her approval contingent upon the wearing of a Chastity Device.
2. wearer agrees not to consume drugs or alcoholic beverages in Keyholders presence.
3. wearer agrees not to consume drugs or alcohol to the point of intoxication under any circumstances or at any location.

 

If you google "BDSM Contracts" you'll get more good ideas than you can deal with. Some of the first 20 links are sites that have been on the net since at least the mid-1990s. I didn't go past that point. You should also try the Frugal Domme.

Contracts can be a major help in establishing a D/s relationship. Whether the goal is 24/7, every weekend or one weekend a month, any type of a D/s relationship will benefit by having some sort of recorded statement of what is agreeable within that D/s time frame. Even if it's not a "contract" with numbered and lettered entries, wherefores and hereafters, signed at the bottom and initialed here and there. Just getting the ideas, intentions, actions, language and afterthoughts of both participants down on paper can makes things go so much smoother. Adding common sense, hard-earned wisdom and liberal amounts of love will seal the deal.

One Domme that spoke at our meetings also mentioned that She prefers to have a contract that reinforces the positive aspects of the relationship, so even though the contract does discuss training and discipline, it focuses more on how the relationship is a positive one and how the training will be conducted using positive reinforcement. It also defines their roles as supportive of each others needs rather than being one-sided.

 

This will be an invaluable thread for me, i thank Mistress for starting it. I hope to soon be under contract to my Goddess. I agree with newsub that the contract, as well as the relationship, should stress the posiitive aspects of the relationship.

The reason why i serve my Goddess, is because all the discipline and chores and requirements i have to live up to are a positive and will make me a better person through slavery to Her. I have to reach my full potential in order to serve Her and make Her life better and easier.

I agree very much with kinkish that even a basic part time relationship should have set boundries. Just taking the time to discuss and to write down matters of concern will go a long way for the slave to know its place.

 

Balance is a tricky thing.

I know i would never do this kind of thing for just anyone. There is so much i gain from my submission and i would think that all should be included in the contract.

 

I recommend that the two of you discuss what might be in a contract, then have him draft it. You can negotiate amendments from there. Yes, I mean "negotiate." It's important that he is invested in the contract if you want it to succeed. You might include a clause about renogiation. My recommendation here is that you have veto power over when or whether to renegotiate.

I suggest something simple and brief to start with. You can add to it and modify it as experience dictates. In other words, don't try to anticipate everything right off the bat.

My contract (I was the sub) came in the context of a committed, long-term relationship, which may help explain the negotiated aspect. The contract was something we both wanted and needed; however, I could terminate it at any time. Of course, this meant terminating the 24/7 D/s part of our lives, which helped both of us immensely and which I would never have done.

Mistress Nighthawk, you'll be glad to know that contract or no contract, she informed me that she would never give up control of my orgasms.

Something you might include is a clause under which he treats all women with courtesy and respect at all times. Manners count! I had an unspoken goal at any gathering -- like a work party -- of getting a woman to compliment me to her. She would inevitably say something to the effect of "he's been well-trained." I would practically blush but feel proud at the same time!
