    Yes, and unless you are very very small in dick and balls , won't work.

    Yeah, it's a kind of "play on words". Chinese call the balls "eggs", so this is an egg cup... its intended for short-term play I think. Sells for $8 in China. There's a steel version too for $40 (weights about half a kilogram!). Not for me but tastes vary :)

    I was indeed looking at it as a very short term torture device or punishment.

    I actually have the device unfortunately it's kind of small I'm waiting to order in a larger size there's just not enough room for the balls and the foreskin. I was able to get it on and get it closed and amazingly the spikes aren't that uncomfortable and they don't really cut you, the feeling of having everything encased and Untouchable is quite unique and erotic . All you feel is a smooth featureless pod , it has drain holes in the bottom , you can see everything but you can't touch anything and you can't escape the spikes if you start to get aroused
