    No issues so far. The steel is just slightly magnetic, so obviously some kind of stainless but i don't know how to judge the grade. The finish is ok, no sharp edges and no spotting so far.

    Double check that. Any alloy that is considered stainless steel should not be magnetic

    Not strictly so, according to the BSSA:

    The magnetic pull is slight, and strongest where the diameter changes, consistent with what they say about cold work.

    I prefer to wear the trapped ball devices myself and as this suits my Lady too no problem.

    I can see these have their uses though. Long motorcycle journeys or, tours or even on push bikes, removing the A-ring pressure from the saddle out of the equation.

    Titanium is very light and with underwear giving at least some support I imagine you would only need respite to wash.

    The knockoff device i'm wearing is made of steel and does have some weight, and after 3 weeks had descended far enough on the shaft that it started making the d**k angry.

    Attempts to coax more skin into the device failed and i would have had to give in at this point, had i not discovered this trick: instead of flushing through the holes when cleaning, directing a fair amount of water pressure down the shaft into the entrance pushed the skin nicely back and it's sitting comfortably again.

    I have the Chinese version and it seems really well made, and the sensation wearing it is fantastic. Keeps me constantly horny. It came with a 3mm and a 5mm pin which screws in and goes through the PA hole to meet with the urethral insert. I'm using the 3mm one, but wouldn't go long term until I stretch the hole up to 5mm, then use the larger pin. I've ordered both 4mm and 5mm CBR's to do that. Overall though, thoroughly recommend it.

    How does this Chinese knock off get installed? Specifically at what point does the insert get mounted to the tube? Do you have to push your dick onto the insert and ito the tube at the same time?

    (I just ordered a knock off myself and wondering how I will assemble it when it arrives.)
