Guys with foreskin

Speaking from my experience this can happen in a longer cage unless you get one quite big and then it has other issues. I had this problem with my foreskin getting caught and general hygiene problems with long-term lockups so I keep mine pulled back now.

 

Have a similar cage, though mine has a bit more enclosed.

I might get one even more containing.

I just use a stocking to get as much in to the device as possible, then a cotton bud to push and sort out the rest.

 

You might need a cage with less gap between the bars and/or a second set of further bars to prevent rubbing eg red chilli cages.
Mine is more solid than yours but has gaps either side which allow me to use cotton buds to retract and push back forward my foreskin for cleaning. Means I don’t need to take it off!!
If I leave my foreskin retracted I get massive oedemas but it generally pops forward on its own anyway…

 

If it irritates you, you may want to try a larger cage. Or you could try a more enclosed device.

 

I get this.sometimes but have a slightly larger cage. It can be quite painful. It's annoying but if I'm out and about for the day I tuck a folded piece of tissue between the end of my penis and the bars.
Like @Anonoman mentions less space would help. I like my cage tho so haven't gone down this route. Oedemas are also terrifying when you don't know what they are - never again! Lol

 

I don't have foreskin but my preferred cage is pretty small and a birdcage style. When I am packed in there the skin bulges outward from the openings. It can be irritating but larger cages have too much room in them. I also use the cotton swab method to sort things out.

You might need a more closed up one, like a holy trainer, I'm having few issues with my foreskin in those, even the Nub.

In my view the foreskin is a big problem as you cannot pee whilst it is in the cage. If you can pull it out fully then you have no issues for your physiologically needs that is much better. I think you should not have a cage with close bars when the tube is small or with the right fit.

 

Here is a pic of my cock in a plastic cage (The Vice). You can see I have a lot of bulging. I think the cage may be too small for me at the head end as I had a oedema on the underside of my foreskin after 36 hours wear. I making some adjustments and have ordered a larger cage too.

My advice would be to keep a close eye on it for the first few days just in case.

I don't think your cage is too small. I think it is not well put in place.
You are quite hard in this picture and this is not the best case to measure it. You should reach the end of the cage when you are soft. In this condition you can pull the foreskin out in order to be able to pee proplerly. It is good that when you get hard you fill the cage fully.

 

please i think that you got what was wrong with you cos of get hard and big in your cage and i can see that it i try and get out of the little holes in your cage.

 

I fill my CB6000s fully. Sometimes I pull my foreskin back when Putting it on other times I don’t. Either way has advantages, I like my knob end rubbing against the cage, I also like it when I can pull the foreskin through the end of the cage
And I love it when during a spoiled erection my cock forces it’s way out of the side vents and the end.

 

A cage with different shaped bars might be better when you have a foreskin. I have a foreskin and I used to wear an A259 cage (picture attached) which was an open enough design that I could use Q-Tips to push the foreskin back for a cleaning, and at the same time I didn't get much foreskin poking through like the OP is getting.

I have since switched to the Badass Workroom "Easy to Pee" cage (2nd pic below) and the gaps are big enough on this cage that I do get the foreskin poking through, and I've been doing the same as @Subhub101, I jam a piece of rolled up paper towel between the bars and that stops anything poking through.

 

There have been many discussions on here about foreskin. You might want to search other threads. Although it is a personal preference, a long term retracted foreskin entrapped by the cage can lead to medical issues (Paraphimosis). As you see, I said can… not will… I am not looking to argue about it I also have a large amount of foreskin, but I leave it in its natural state. I have open Jail Bird cage with inverted bars. Often, I can see the glans of my penis a bit, but sometimes it is fully closed. It just depends on how much foreskin is pulled forward. I did use a sock to put the cage on, but I don’t do that anymore. That did pull too much foreskin out. I just put the cage on and adjust foreskin through the bars to be natural. Some foreign gets out sometimes that is true, but I use a nursing pad in my underwear. That solves all problems. I am locked 24/7 over a year now, but I wash regularly. Finding a device with a slightly larger cage will help.

I have issues with cages with the bars that have too big of a gap.

 

and as well you can have it all tooked off if You want and then it wont get in the way in Your cage will it.
