Hi everyone gone from a 50 base ring to a 45 as the 50 had slippage and flaccid I could pull the whole thing off

Just want to make sure the 45 is the right size

Looks fine. If it is too small, you will know withing about 20 minutes for sure. You may want to look at a shorter cage in the future so that your tip is touching the end of the cage when soft.

With that cage design you could close the bars up a bit to effectively make it shorter.

Just use a pair of pliers.

45 works for me. I tried the next size bigger, but I slip out sometimes...

That’s what I was finding to be honest especially when going to toilet I was sometimes thinking was it going to drop off as the balls shrunk a little bit so feel more secure with a 45

As we get more comfortable wearing our cages we realize that we don’t want it moving around as much as we thought we did. So going smaller and tighter is in my opinion a natural progresssion. Smaller is easier to conceal and it is more comfortable as long as you don’t get to carried away 45 maybe be good or maybe even a 43 but 35 might be a little to tight.
    Enjoy your new Lockup.

In regards to sizing, I find that wearing a device with a 40mm ring has became more impractical in recent months. I used to use 40mm rings all the time with no problems. But for some reason, even the 45mm ring can cause discomfort at times.

One night when I had the device on, the members seemed to expand so much that there was a cut in between. This was due to sleeping on damp sheets admittedly, and the body temperature obviously dropping rapidly. I immediately removed the device for healing to take place, and I do not use 40mm rings at all now. I am not sure of exactly which ring size can handle the aforementioned unusual situation, but I am thinking of even trying 47-48mm rings. The current ones in use are 45mm ones, but I personally find sleeping to be extremely difficult with a device on.

I had initially attributed the discomfort with 40mm rings to the material, but now I have noticed that size does matter, and one needs to be observant of their surroundings and situation before going cold turkey. With chastity, things can go drastically wrong, sometimes unnoticed.
