Got my GA Friday. Perfect workmanship, awesome turn around the device was exactly how I ordered it. I used the diameter from my contender. Well apparently things plump up quite a bit when I'm wearing a base ring.... My ga was made at 1 1/8, and it is pretty loose for my liking. Wearable but lacking that grip. The weight of the device coupled with better blood circulation let's my flaccid penis really thin out. I'm wearing my 1 1/16 sizing ring right now. It definitely grips, I was afraid of too much grip and getting the dreaded edema, but after trying the 1 1/8 cage I think a 1 1/16 GA will be fine. I'll keep wearing the ga this week to see if any other areas need tweaking. I'll be sending my contender back for the pa hook. Love the pa hook!
Oh yeah. I wear a tighter diameter with a shaft only device than in a ball trap. My GA2 is 1-3/16” and the Contender is 1-1/4”. My 1-1/4” GA2 was fine. But I felt the need to tuck my skin up and around my glans a lot to get extra girth. I started with 1-1/4” for a MouseTrap and a 1-3/8” for my first Contender back in 2014-2015-ish. It makes perfect sense what you’ve done,; if you’ve got a comfy fit in a 1-1/8” Contender, then a 1-1/16” ID GA2 would work great. I’m always struck by the math of things: 1.0625 * 1.0625 / (1.125 * 1.125) = 0.89 That 1/16” reduction in diameter reduces the area inside the cage ring by ~10%. I myself had been daydreaming about an even tighter GA2 myself, to get down to 1-1/8” ID for an extra punishing fit that requires me to pull back all my skin and not get any bit hard... but, yes, edema is not sexy at all. And I’m so happy with my 1-3/16” wearing so well that we’ve kept it on me for a majority of the time since February when we got it. For my old 1-1/4” ID Ga2, Mark repurposed it to make a tighter Contender. And another I had an extra tighter cage ring behind the original one that gave extra grip. And finally, yes. That PA hook is a breeze to install. I never feel like I’m going to hurt myself. My wife can install it with zero help from me. And she’s forced it on me too. Lots of fun.
Big reason I love MCN. I messed up ordering an almost 400$ cage. BUT unlike the bijou sitting in my drawer I can send this cage back and have it modified into something else! And I won't have to wait 6 weeks or more. My plan was to send it back to make it a short contender. Mark said he could add a 1 1/16 ring but I think I want it a little longer anyway.
The cage is still wearable. Been on all week with no issues. My bijou device would tear at my peircing site after three days. Get the ga down to 1 1/16 and I'd never have a reason to remove it....
@Clearstatic I’m glad the cage is working for you! I had the same tearing problem with my Bijou, and for the life of me I couldn’t figure out why. I got another one and wore it for just a few days. It seems like a perfect fit. But it just doesn’t get any use. I had got the plastic Bijou to get through metal detectors. But I’m sailing through them in my GA2, so I haven’t been wearing it. And since my wife picks my penile adornments, I don’t have a free hand to swap out cages to experiment as much anymore. That’s why I’ve been in this specific GA2 for over 4000 hours since it arrived, delivered in time for a romantic beach vacation I spent most of it locked. I love that I’ve been able to find the perfect fit with Mark’s help
Got it back on Monday. Mark put on a 1 1/16 ring. Feels good. I feel like I could be a touch longer, but it's working fine as is. I do get erections with this device but I feel like they are less intense and go away sooner than without a device.
